Our contemplation theme for July here at YYV is; "Hi, How Are You?" So from a deeper level, how are you? Try noticing your state before and then after a yoga class! Here is a quote from Walt Whitman, "You have not known what you are, you have slumbered upon yourself all your life...Whoever you are! Claim your own."
We offer you a supportive atmosphere to practice yoga in. We have various styles and levels of classes for you to choose from. The Restorative classes are Hatha Yoga classes in the Svaroopa® style and are a great place to start if you are unsure about your body condition or ability to do Hatha Flow. Our class size varies, yet always feels intimate in our inviting studio space. Please plan on joining us soon!
