PM classes are usually about an hour & fifteen min. or so. AM are an hour and a half.

Depending on the package you purchase; prices vary from $11 to $15 a class. We take checks and cash only.

We offer you a supportive and intimate atmosphere to practice yoga in. We teach Svaroopa® style, and Hatha Flow. Contact us for prices and the best place for you to start if you are unsure. Please read the description under the tab INNER VOYAGE for our classes or feel free to contact us.

CALENDAR - Attending classes at YYV

Arrive 10 minutes early so you will be ready to start at class time.

Arriving late, remember students are already in their relaxation (Shavasana), please honor that.
